BATHROOM RENOVATION

Bathroom Renovation Services

We take bathrooms back to the brickwork and rebuild them properly. Strip-out, first fix plumbing and electrics, full waterproofing, tiling, second fix, decoration and final clean, handed back finished.
We do not swap a shower and leave. Every bathroom we take on is a complete project, because that is the only way one team can stand behind what is behind the tiles as well as what is on them.
Since 2014 we have completed sixty to seventy bathroom and kitchen renovations a year across Greater London, most of them in flats and mansion blocks where access, neighbours and communal areas have to be managed as carefully as the work itself.

Accessible and level-access bathrooms

We also build bathrooms that need to work differently: level-access showers, wet rooms with correctly formed falls, reinforced walls for grab rails set at the right heights, wider door openings and slip-rated flooring.

These are complete renovations like any other, planned around how the room actually needs to be used rather than adapted afterwards.

Most of what you pay for is the part you will never see

A bathroom fails behind the tiles, not on them. Thin tanking, unsealed junctions, falls that do not drain, an extractor that cannot move enough air for the room. None of it shows on handover day. All of it shows in two years, usually in the flat below.

Every bathroom we build is fully tanked and membraned before a single tile goes on. Falls are set and checked before screeding. Extraction is sized for the room rather than fitted because it was on the list.

This is standard on every project. It is not an upgrade line on your quotation.

FAQS

Questions Our Customers Ask

How long does a complete bathroom renovation take?

Two to four weeks for most bathrooms, from strip-out to handover. A straightforward refit sits at the lower end. A wet room, a reconfigured layout, or a room needing structural work sits at the upper end. Tanking and tiling need proper drying time, so any company promising a bathroom in a week is skipping something.

It depends on the size of the room, the condition of what is behind the existing surfaces, and the specification you choose. We do not publish price ranges because a figure that ignores your property is not useful to you. Our estimator visits, measures, checks the substrate, pipework and access, and gives you an itemised written quotation covering every element of the work, with exclusions stated plainly. The visit is free and there is no obligation.

Yes. Every complete bathroom we build is fully tanked and membraned before a single tile goes on, with falls set and checked before screeding. This is standard on every project, not an upgrade line on your quote. Bathrooms fail behind the tiles, and waterproofing is the part you will never see but will pay for twice if it is skipped.

No. We coordinate every trade your project needs, including Gas Safe and NICEIC-certified specialists where the work requires them. You have one point of contact and one programme.

Can I stay in the property during the work?

Usually yes for a single bathroom or kitchen, provided there is another bathroom or a workable temporary kitchen. For a full apartment refurbishment, most clients move out. We will tell you honestly at survey stage which applies to your project.

Yes, and most of our work is in flats. We work within block access hours, book lifts where required, protect communal stairs and hallways, and clean the site at the end of every working day. If your freeholder or managing agent needs paperwork before work starts, tell us at survey stage and we will provide it.

Call 020 3621 8527 or request a free site visit through the contact form. Our estimator visits at a time that suits you, and you receive an itemised quotation after the visit.

Yes. Completed projects are on our website and Instagram, and we can put you in touch with previous clients on request.
